- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Most of the tellers are pleasant people to work with. The people who work there are very nice. My problem is that many of my friends who bank here have had their account hacked into, multiple times. Not only that, I have had someone elses check deposited into my account by accident. I've been charged "overdraft fees" for transferring money to a different bank. I've deposited checks only to have them be on "hold" for long periods of time. Even though I've had everything verified, they still will not let it deposit the way it needs to. Apparently, they must think I don't have any bills I need to get paid. Small town banks are friendly, but not professional. I plan to withdraw my funds from GSB as soon as possible.By Mai Tong Vang, November 15, 2016
